- Can I cancel anytime?
- Once paid plans begin on 1st September 2026 you will be able to cancel from your account at any point and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Until then there is no subscription and nothing to pay.
- What happens after the free trial?
- Paid plans begin on 1st September 2026 with a 7-day free trial. We will ask for a payment card when you start the trial, and unless you cancel before the trial ends the plan renews monthly at £19.99/month. Until paid plans begin, no card is collected and there is no trial.
- Is everything really free until 1st September 2026?
- Yes. Until 1st September 2026 every SuperDiss feature is unlocked for free. You still need to create an account so your work saves, but no payment details are required and you will not be charged. We will tell you well before anything changes.
- Will SuperDiss write my dissertation?
- No — on any plan. SuperDiss questions, explains and coaches. The writing, and the credit, stays yours.
- Do I keep my work if I stop paying?
- Yes. Your saved work stays in your account and you can export it. Paid features simply stop being available.
