1. Agreement

By creating an account or using SuperDiss you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What SuperDiss is

SuperDiss is an educational tool that provides developmental guidance on dissertation research and writing. It is not a writing service, not a substitute for your supervisor, and not an academic authority. It does not award grades and cannot grant ethical approval — only your institution can do either.

3. Academic integrity

You are responsible for complying with your institution's academic integrity regulations, including any rules on declaring the use of AI tools. You must not submit content generated by any tool as your own work where your institution prohibits it. You must verify every source you cite.

4. Your account

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity that takes place under it.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service.
  • Do not upload unlawful content, or personal data about others without a lawful basis.
  • Do not resell or redistribute paid access.

6. Subscriptions and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown on our pricing page. Free trials convert into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the current paid period. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of everything you write in SuperDiss. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you and to operate the service.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change or be withdrawn.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SuperDiss is provided "as is" and we are not liable for academic outcomes, grades, assessment decisions or indirect losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You may close your account at any time.
